Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned linens, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
